- Provide the support and coordination of a variety of marketing programs across the division and, as needed, globally. Programs may include public and media relations, print, direct mail, digital, social media, events, etc.
- Provide the support and enhancement of existing programs by maintaining or optimizing established processes
- Provide service to internal stakeholders such as head office partners and branches by responding to marketing related inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate a variety of marketing projects through project management activities
- Coordinate multiple activities and priorities, such as events, scheduling activities, communication rollout plans, budget tracking and invoice processing, approval requests, to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate program changes to stakeholders
Skills/Requirements
- B.S. or degree level in Communication or Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Basic marketing knowledge or background required
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to coordinate and develop production schedules for a variety of tactics.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining flexibility
- Knowledge of foundational Excel and basic understanding of expenditure management process
- Ability to think through marketing and public relations processes systematically from start to finish
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Ability to utilize established best practices to manage workflow in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to research, recommend and implement solutions as challenges arise
- Basic understanding of marketing programs and tools available for use by branch teams; ability to recommend solutions to branches using established guidelines, best practices.
- Requires ability to clearly and effectively communicate using good verbal and written communication skills.
