- The position requires exceptional client service skills, while applying expertise in Asset Movement to problem solve, and deliver thorough solutions to Financial Advisors, Client Support team members, clients, and/or internal team members and stakeholders.
- Routinely serve as a resource to others and regularly act as the highest associate escalation point in the department. Must be able to quickly establish the extent of a situation, identify the need, collaborate with key contacts, evaluate the probable consequences of the solutions, establish appropriate resource needs and effectively communicate with other leaders, associates, clients, practice teams to resolve situations in a timely manner.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce future escalations and enhance the client service experience.
- Maintains knowledge and expertise by actively participating in ongoing learning and new training/upskilling initiatives.
- Proactively manage information gaps by partnering with Knowledge Article owners and submitting JonesLink feedback when unclear or inaccurate information contributes to escalations.
- May be asked to support the service delivery business area during high volume events or assist with projects, based on relevant topical experience.

Skills/Requirements
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, along with experience supporting written case work within the Salesforce Service Cloud system.
- The position requires deep proficiency of knowledge and experience in Asset Movement topics, specifically in Transfers.
- Demonstrate a strong client service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support and positive experiences.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail are essential for understanding client needs and identifying effective solutions to escalated issues.
- Responsible for managing cases consistently and accurately, ensuring all actions align to departmental guidelines and performance expectations.
- Demonstrate cross-functional knowledge of service, processes and systems.
- Able to identify when leader intervention or additional recovery strategy is needed on an escalation.
- Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment and be capable of working in ambiguous situations.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively and build productive relationships.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in escalation case management and resolution is preferred.
