- Partner with senior engineers and other teams to investigate recurring issues and employee experience pain points.
- Develop and maintain scripts, automations, and remote actions using PowerShell and approved tools.
- Support proactive remediation efforts to improve stability, performance, and overall digital workplace experience.
- Contribute to experience‑focused initiatives such as OS upgrades, patching, software deployment, device management, and virtualization.

- Continue building technical depth in DEX platforms, endpoint management, automation, and enterprise engineering.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.

- Exposure to Citrix, Windows 365, or other virtual desktop technologies.
- Application packaging, patching, or endpoint automation experience.
