Generations Consultation is seeking a highly proactive, service-driven professional to deliver elevated, concierge-style support to branch teams engaging in Consultation services for their high net worth (HNW) clients. This role acts as a trusted partner to advisors and branches, ensuring seamless, white-glove service that enhances the overall client experience and drives relationship growth.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-touch, concierge-level support to branches serving high net worth clients, enhancing the client and advisor experience.
- Anticipate needs, identify efficiency opportunities, and resolve requests with urgency and accuracy.
- Apply advanced service expertise to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver clear, effective solutions for complex issues.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to execute client requests efficiently.
- Track and manage service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely updates, resolution, and clear communication.
- Maintain strict standards for accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Leverage deep knowledge of HNW products, systems, and processes while partnering across key areas (Generations Consultation, WMAS, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product).
- Act as a single point of contact for escalations, owning resolution while navigating complex products, policies, and processes—and capturing insights to inform future improvements.
- Support team development by mentoring and training newer associates.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, client support, private banking, or wealth management preferred.
- Series 7 and 66 are required, to be obtained in alignment with firm policy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond to requests and correspondence in a clear, succinct manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage completing work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and consistently delivers exceptional service with precision and discretion.
- Capable of working in ambiguous situations, utilizing critical thinking to articulate branch experiences and feedback, to influence and drive for acceptable results, while avoiding business risk.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs, and ability to learn and navigate and learn new technology.
What Could Set You Apart:
- Experience with project coordination; CAPM designation
- Financial services designations, FPQP, AAMS, CPA
- Experience working in a collaborative, small team-oriented environment
