What You Will Do:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution by managing plans, timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and problem resolution to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Executive Visibility & Communications Support: Support executive communications by developing and delivering strategic content including remarks, briefings, presentations, and social media materials, while managing review and approval processes and supporting executive visibility initiatives.
- Events, Sponsorships, & Engagements: Support and execute events, sponsorships, memberships, and executive engagements by managing logistics, communications, stakeholder coordination, and program deliverables to ensure successful participation and fulfillment of commitments.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders by managing partner relationships, coordinating communications and cross-functional efforts, and supporting vendor, contract, budget, and program execution activities.
- Measurement & Operational Excellence: Monitor and report on project, program, and engagement performance while maintaining operational resources, budgets, and dashboards, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and providing operational support to drive efficient execution of team priorities.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, project management, marketing, events, stakeholder engagement, or a related discipline.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and execute with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and effectively leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
