What You’ll Do:
- Associate hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30 CT
- Position supports high volume and fast paced environment with high-risk work and strict deadlines.
- This individual will be responsible for performing multiple operations functions and serve as a department resource for multiple teams and functions within the department, and at times other departments based on a comprehensive understanding of the work, knowing both how and why the work is performed
- Responsible for resolution of escalations, addressing associate questions, and actively mentoring other associates to increase knowledge and skills within the department
- Able to be resourceful, as well as manage time effectively and independently to conduct thorough multi-stakeholder research, support testing, and identify training gaps, risks, or concerns, and recommend future training for associates and ensure adequate depth of coverage is attained and documented. Generate multiple potential solutions, shape a perspective, determine priorities, clearly articulate pain points and the path forward, influence key stakeholders, develop and implement change plans, and execute on these efforts. Requires minimal guidance for shaping the story while considering the impact of decisions on the department, division, and firm.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex and confidential data; specifically, around trending Data to better project Volumes / Staffing / Department needs and determining growth rates to project future needs
- Identify, pursue, and execute on new opportunities within the Asset Movement capability to improve efficiency or reduce risk
- Communicate and develop strong relationships with branch offices, third party vendors, internal stakeholders and begin to collaborate and build consensus with leaders from multiple areas to solve escalated and complex issues.
- Maintain Strong Visibility, Presence, and Engagement to advocate and inspire, change, vision, and strategy.

Skills/Requirements
- Clear demonstration of the following skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience, critical thinking, appetite for process improvements, a risk mindset, and ability to take initiative and independently lead efforts.
- Experience leading and making recommendations to resolve and improve complex, multi-team process improvement efforts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective product or financial services industry or equivalent tools/systems or combination of experience and education.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload to be able to fulfill all the roles within the department.
