The Enterprise Collaboration Services Team is responsible for managing, supporting, and continuously improving Edward Jones’ enterprise messaging platforms and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable collaboration tools that support employees across the firm.
The ideal candidate brings technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and messaging platforms, paired with a growth mindset and a passion for modernizing enterprise collaboration technologies. You will support both day‑to‑day operations and ongoing transformation initiatives that enable current and future business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and maintain Edward Jones Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange and Microsoft Teams
- Provide operational ownership of enterprise email and collaboration infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and configure high‑quality collaboration solutions aligned to business and enterprise requirements
- Execute technical and operational objectives with clear, effective communication across geographically distributed teams
- Contribute to platform currency, capacity management, incident/problem resolution, and project delivery
- Participate in a rotating 24×7 on‑call support model, providing troubleshooting and implementation support as needed
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment
- Hands‑on experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying scripts, automations, or software components in a Windows server environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical peers and leaders at multiple levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
