What You’ll Do : |
As a Relationship Manager in the Networking and Product Support Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of Donor Advised Funds (DAF), maintaining the key relationships of the product, and serving as the key contact for clients and branch teams when issues arise. This role may have a variety of daily and periodic responsibilities based on the department’s business needs and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the operations relationship manager for multiple product partners in order to support Donor Advised Funds (DAF) and other appropriate products, services and tools for branches to execute joint business strategies to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with other departments and divisions on product launches and changes, operational meetings and training for the firm.
- Conduct periodic reviews of product partner service and operational support and address feedback with product partners to ensure product partners service levels and key operational metrics are being met.
- Maintain working relationships with Relationship, Operational and Service Managers for each product partner to support our branches.
- Identify and recommend solutions for product partners to enhance process and/or systems to benefit branch and client needs.
- Provide support for new firm technology initiatives to drive innovation around product partner support.
- Collaborate with the products areas to ensure alignment of product partner, client, and branch-facing messages.
- Resolve complex client problems on all DAF related products and services.
- Identify, analyze and recommend solutions for contact drivers, process and/or systems to drive greater department efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
- The position requires extensive breadth and depth of knowledge and understanding of the following: the product types we offer, systems, processes, and procedural guidelines across divisions and multiple departments
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Ability to apply product and technical knowledge to client situations.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain concepts in an understandable & actionable manner.
- Must have ability to understand client needs and the ability to seek out solutions.
