The Director, AI Product Manager – Platform Builder Experiences is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end development and delivery of AI platform capabilities for No Code, Low Code, and Pro Code AI builders from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. This role translates business needs into actionable technical requirements, leads product discovery and validation efforts, and defines success metrics to evaluate product impact.
What you’ll do:
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for AI Products – reusable AI capabilities.
- Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement processes with a focus on how AI platform capabilities will enhance the experience of the AI builder community.
- Define and track product success metrics specific to AI platform capability’s performance, reusability, adoption, and ongoing monitoring.
- Conduct research and engage internal customers to inform AI platform capabilities.
- Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive the development and delivery of AI platform capabilities, ensuring that capabilities are not one-off builds, but reusable, capability driven products deployed across the organization.
- Collaborate with colleagues in EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and the respective Business and Functional areas to test, deploy, and refine new AI platform capabilities and ensure alignment with enterprise AI standards.
- Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct market and user research to understand demand for reusable AI capabilities and anticipate agent centric enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate AI platform capability performance, implementing refinements as needed as part of ongoing product lifecycle management and governance.
- Actively shape the definition and evolution of product AI capability vision and strategy in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable business impact and outcome-oriented delivery.
- Translate business goals, user insights, market trends, and product model and agent knowledge into product AI roadmaps, themes, initiatives, epics, and user stories—informing prioritization and hypothesis generation in collaboration with partners.
- Support product delivery, adoption, and business impact through influence and collaboration, reinforcing outcome ownership while navigating shared accountability.
- Collaborate with product leadership, delivery partners, and enabling teams to support resource coordination, delivery execution, and risk management across delivery teams.
- Deploy and test new AI platform builder capabilities, ensuring reliability, explainability, and functional integration with a broad set of consuming systems and applications.
- Own the lifecycle of AI platform builder capabilities—including versioning, performance monitoring, retraining plan development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure EJ Labs’ AI platform builder capabilities are adopted by the No Code, Low Code, and Pro Code builder experiences across the firm.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in product management includes translating business needs into technical requirements and leading product discovery and validation.
- 3+ years’ experience in AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and financial services.
- Product operating model methodologies, including AI driven PDLC.
- AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
- Metrics and frameworks for tracking product AI model and agent success and impact.
- Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- User experience (UX) principles and their integration into product AI capability design.
What will set you apart:
- Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in AI product management, with a focus on responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance in a financial services context.
- Financial services industry practices and regulations.
