What you will do…
- Collaborate with senior leadership and offer consultative support to executives to determine and implement strategic next steps, driving Edward Jones’ growth
- Lead/facilitate strategic exercises and various strategy workshops with stakeholders across the firm and develop trust-based relationships with a deep understanding of internal client’s business objectives and challenges
- Conduct thorough analyses of high impact strategic issues confronting the firm, collaborating with, and managing cross-functional teams as required (incl. structuring problems, developing hypotheses, gathering data, analyzing results, and presenting findings to senior executives)
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner via presentations, meetings, and written communications
- Track industry and competitive trends, and develop business outlook and forecasts where appropriate
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Salary range for candidates located in St. Louis, MO
Hiring Minimum: $120,000.00
Hiring Maximum: $204,300.00
Salary range for candidates located in New York, New York
Hiring Minimum: $153,120.00
Hiring Maximum: $260,687.00
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics are preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for core strategy and/or analytical work at leading Strategy Consulting Firms or Financial Services Organizations.
- The role requires prior experience in Wealth Management with advanced familiarity about WM business segments and Practice Management
- Capability to drive an independent workstream and manage contributions to the work of multiple projects
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Experience contributing to high-impact strategy assignments and comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as the position will be responsible for significant thought leadership
