The UEM Platform Engineer role provides an exciting opportunity for self-motivated technologists interested in building business solutions through the Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Adaptiva platforms.

Edward Jones is seeking a Microsoft productivity suite subject matter expert to help us to continually evolve, innovate and align our systems with industry best practices. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work directly with Technology Leadership to improve and grow our collaborative tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategies and best practices for Intune/SCCM device and application management.
  • Research technical improvements related to Unified Endpoint Management and take the initiative to communicate/implement solutions.
  • Participate and represent UEM in cross-functional groups.
  • Communicate issues and problem resolutions with all affected stakeholders, business areas, and vendors.
  • Research requirements to determine system feasibility, costs, benefits, or functional requirements.
Edward Jones’ compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Skills/Requirements

  • In-depth expertise of Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MEMC), Adaptiva.
  • Document and maintain procedures and system configurations for use in ongoing support and future efforts that require modifications or upgrades to the infrastructure.
  • 3+ years’ Experience with Software Deployment infrastructure or Mobile Management and support related to unified endpoint management and collaboration.
  • 5+ years’ experience directly related to endpoint management, software delivery, unified communications or collaboration platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Detailed understanding of project management methodologies, system development lifecycle, infrastructure best practices, risk management concepts and capacity planning.
  • Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies and the aptitude to apply and exploit target technologies to support collaborative systems.
  • Capable of presenting ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information persuasively.
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
