Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
Hiring Leader: Nicole Safley
Recruiter: Melissa Todd
HQ Grade: 12
Hiring Minimum: $120000
Hiring Maximum: $204300
Team Overview:
We are looking for a servant leader with experience in Agile practices and a passion for developing associates and enabling strong delivery outcomes. The Delivery Services leadership team partners with teams to remove barriers, surface and navigate cross-team dependencies, and support the consistent delivery of value across Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Lean/Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) and Product Management techniques to enable improvements that strengthen delivery outcomes, adaptability, and business value across the organization.
- Provide clear coaching, guidance, and partnership to Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers supporting Technology (Business Solutions Development & Shared Technology Services), growing their capability as change agents who improve team and system-level delivery performance.
- Be accountable for enabling teams and associates to deliver efficiently and effectively, using Agile and product practices as a means to achieve strong outcomes—not as an end in themselves.
- Coach, teach, and mentor on Agile practices in a way that builds capability, improves flow, and enhances the predictability and quality of value delivery outcomes.
- Apply a thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving, balancing attention to detail with awareness of broader delivery and organizational impact.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across time zones, departments, business areas, vendor partners, and contract suppliers to ensure access to the right talent at the right time.
- Connect team activities to strategic priorities, helping teams understand how their work contributes to broader business outcomes.
- Continuously identify and cultivate improvements to delivery practices, processes, and portfolio execution to enhance the speed, quality, and predictability of value delivery.
- Support responsible stewardship of financial resources, with a focus on maximizing value delivered.
- Provide leadership, development, and mentoring through modeling, feedback, and coaching conversations that unlock growth, accountability, and ownership.
- Guide associate development with an emphasis on capability building, ownership, and long-term growth, strengthening both individual and team performance.
- Lead performance development through ongoing feedback and meaningful growth discussions, including trimester and annual assessments.
- Help evolve work management tools, platforms, and practices to better support visibility, flow, and delivery effectiveness.
- Bring strong product delivery capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively and enable teams to manage workflow with clarity, focus, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner across the Digital Portfolio to shape and evolve policies and practices that improve delivery outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
