Join Edward Jones’ growing Practice Management Portfolio, where we are transforming how our branches connect with clients through digital experiences. As part of the Public Websites and Investor Engagement team, you will help shape and scale tools that empower financial advisors to better engage with their clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence digital marketing capabilities and product strategy while partnering across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Product Owner, you will lead the evolution and delivery of digital marketing capabilities, with a focus on Salesforce Distributed Marketing and legacy marketing platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders and technology teams—both onshore and offshore—to prioritize enhancements, drive adoption, and deliver business value through a strong, customer-focused product strategy.
- Lead rollout and enhancement of Salesforce Distributed Marketing capabilities
- Gather and analyze feedback from branches to inform product improvements
- Drive adoption of digital marketing tools across the field
- Partner with stakeholders across Strategy, Practice Desktop, EBM (Experience, Brand, and Marketing) and Technology
- Collaborate with Salesforce delivery teams to optimize product performance and integration
- Manage requirements and enhancements for legacy marketing platforms in partnership with senior Product Owners
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, including features, dependencies, and timelines
- Serve as the primary contact for product-related issues, escalations, and resolution
- Work closely with offshore and onshore technology teams to deliver product enhancements
- Evening availability may be required periodically (approximately every two weeks) to support business needs.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience supporting or delivering digital marketing or client engagement platforms
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Experience partnering with distributed or offshore technology teams
- Knowledge of financial services products, platforms, or advisory business models preferred
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
