Generations hubs provide an experience where eligible clients and their families can enjoy a high level of personalized services and deep connections with their financial advisor and Generations team. They offer unique and tailored meeting space to discuss long-term planning goals as well as share stories and celebrate achievements.
These are places we don’t just get to know about our clients, we get to know them – reinforcing the value of 103-year legacy with modern sophistication and personalization. Each Generations hub will house two Generations teams of subject matter professionals, increasing our ability to serve clients local to the market and across the firm.
The Hub Client Concierge Coordinator will ensure every client interaction—from the moment they walk in the door to post-meeting follow-ups—feels intentional, personalized, and aligned with the High-Net-Worth Business Segment’s level of excellence. This will include an array of “guests” who could be entering the Edward Jones Generations hub. The coordinator will partner to execute client experience initiatives and maintain operational excellence across the hub in general, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally.

- Coordinate Travel and Logistics: Arrange client and advisor travel, reservations, and event tickets while adhering to best practices.
- Control Costs and Reporting: Track expenses against projections and compile post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
