In this role, you will collaborate with continuous learners driven by innovation to design and support breakthrough engagement experiences that support our practice teams, leaders, and associates. These experiences include regional meetings, performance awards, recognition conferences, and strategic business events. As we evolve toward delivering personalized, comprehensive advice, you will help shape enterprise engagement strategies—informing firm direction through innovative motivation and recognition programs. Reporting to the Engagement & Recognition Team Leader, you will be partner with Engagement Specialists and stakeholders to support events and engagement initiatives that foster a culture of appreciation and align with our organizational goals and values.
What You’ll Do :
- Partner with Engagement Specialists to drive program deliverables; Co-design/implement/execute comprehensive internal and external recognition programs, event and engagement strategies for field stakeholders in current state while also being strategic about future program enhancements (continuous improvement) aligned with firm transformation.
- Lead smaller sub-efforts within the program portfolio, programs or events aligned to broader engagement strategies through the matrix team, taking strategy to execution ensuring high-quality execution aligned to program outcomes.
- Lead or assist with issue and risk identification, mitigation, and conflict resolution. Implementing processes and solutions that create capacity or lead to greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Play an influential role in content creation in partnership with Specialists, SMEs and decision makers and (mainly conferences/Horizon/regional meetings) to ensure alignment to outcomes and event design.
- Support firm-wide culture initiatives by aligning event and recognition strategies with broader engagement and performance goals.
- Maintain compliance & project documentation with internal policies and external regulations related to programs.
- May coordinate/delegate tasks or responsibilities to other project team members in/outside of the department. Depending on the size of the program(s), coordinate project activities with multiple associates.
- Affects and interacts with all levels of the firm to include GPs from various divisions and members of the Executive Leadership Team. They are in frequent contact with the program team, leaders and stakeholders in other departments and divisions.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a hybrid posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for hybrid presence.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, recognition program management, or strategic communications.
- Proven experience leading small-medium scale initiatives or enterprise-wide projects/programs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with associates at all levels of the organization to develop content aligned with event outcomes and audience needs.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing cross-functional teams.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decision-making.
What Could Set You Apart:
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-pilot.
- Experience design certification or comparable certification.
