Team Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and industry knowledge through summer project work in divisions across the firm while also developing professionally through networking with peers, mentors, and senior leaders at our Corporate Headquarters.
As a student preparing for your career, it’s important that you find an opportunity that offers challenging work in a hands-on learning environment. Our 10-week development program is designed to help interns perform real work in their field of study, and gain applicable experience and knowledge about the industry. Students entering our program have diverse college backgrounds, which can range from Accounting to Political Science to Human Resources, just to name a few.
What You’ll Do:
For 10 weeks from June through August, you will be assigned to a specific area within our headquarters where you will get to

Assigned mentors who provide advice and guidance throughout the program.

Directly contribute to a business area to gain real work experience and make an impact.

Develop and build networking skills to learn about our culture.

Attend exclusive events to meet and learn from other interns across the firm in a supportive environment that focuses on team building.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.

Skills/Requirements
What You’ll Need:

Are actively pursuing a degree, with Sophomore or Junior class standing (class of 2027 and 2028)

Ability to work 10 weeks consecutively during the summer from June to August with no disruptions.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
