This highly visible role requires an exceptional service mindset, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction. You’ll serve as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting key priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Partner of Service and Managing Directors, supporting day-to-day leadership priorities and business operations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize leader effectiveness.
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related changes.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation for leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Submit, reconcile, and track expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and other administrative financial activities as needed.
- Support the development and distribution of divisional communications, leadership updates, announcements, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication activities and administrative processes that promote alignment and engagement across the Service organization.
Skills/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-8 years related experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- High Degree of Customer Service Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Professional
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
