What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic ownership and leadership for enterprise-wide processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and transformation initiatives.
- Define the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for assigned processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, standards, policies, controls, and operating models.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end processes across business functions and geographies.
- Sponsor and lead complex, cross-functional process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and monitor enterprise process performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and outcome-based measurements.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, digitization, and automation to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize and implement strategic process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements, including process controls and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for process governance, decision-making, and issue resolution.
Skills/Requirements
- Extensive experience in process management, business operations, service delivery, operational excellence, or business transformation.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL, Business Process Management (BPM), or related methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational change management skills.
- Experience implementing automation, workflow management, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks relevant to business operations.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and performance analytics, including trend analysis, root cause analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
