The Estates Solutions – Court Orders team plays a vital role in supporting customers and the organization through some of the most sensitive and complex account matters. Comprised of Estates Operations, Court Orders, Garnishment/Levy, and Estates Insights & Solutions, this team provides end-to-end expertise across routine processing, legal requests, and specialized decedent-related cases. Together, these functions ensure accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional operational support in a highly regulated environment.
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual who thrives on solving complex business challenges, driving operational excellence, and developing talent. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, guide and mentor team members, and leverage data-driven insights to improve performance and influence decision-making. You will partner with stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, controls, and compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Support complex Estates processing, when needed.
- Review existing Estates processes for potential process improvement and/or abandonment.
- Lead the testing of enhancements and upgrades with responsibility for the identification, tracking of issues, and implementation of solution, as applicable.
- Create, maintain, and refine Estates process maps.
- Assist with capacity planning.
- Adopt processes for risk controls (e.g., Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, Record Information Management, Written Supervisory Procedures) and coordinate with departments to complete the applicable requirements.
- Support and provide functional leadership for multiple highly complex business processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Promote and help enforce Business Systems Analyst best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team.
- Conduct and present business systems impact analyses, identifying systematic solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
- Develop and manage multiple complex project plans simultaneously, ensuring progress, alignment, and timely execution.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and begin to collaborate and build consensus with associates and/or leaders from multiple divisions.
- Lead or contribute to large, complex initiatives, partnering across business and technology teams to drive delivery of new systems and capabilities.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a hybrid posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for hybrid presence.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial services environment (or equivalent) required.
- Experience with Power BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) to analyze data and utilize macros, formulas, and queries.
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, systems, data definitions, and data flows.
- Ability to proactively identify risks and design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Systems Analyst principles and best practices.
- Proven experience designing process and data improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems and the impacts of system changes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with appropriate escalation when needed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting complex concepts to leaders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and lead without direct authority.
- Ability to act as functional leader and delegate responsibilities, as needed.
- Proficient in process mapping.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Highly organized, works well in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
What Can Set Up Apart:
- Prior Estates Operations and/or Estates Service experience.
- Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced analysts.
- Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts and SharePoint.
- Series 7/Series 66 licensed.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
