Act as the service relationship manager – insurance products for multiple product partners or vendors to support appropriate products, services and tools for branches; and to execute joint business strategies with Wealth Manager & Field Communications (WMFM) and Operations to meet client needs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage product partner relationships, monitor service levels and operational performance, and collaborate with key partner contacts to support branch needs.
- Analyze and resolve complex Financial Advisor and client issues, providing recommendations and guidance on advanced client scenarios.
- Deliver training, coaching, and suitability/marketing guidance to Financial Advisors, branch teams, and associates.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, operational changes, service meetings, travel, and firm-wide training efforts.
- Identify and implement process, system, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the branch/client experience.
- Support technology and innovation initiatives while ensuring alignment of product partner, client, and branch-facing communications. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, collaborating with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Field Supervision, and Client Solutions teams to drive business objectives and develop new associates
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
Skills/Requirements
- 4+ years of operations or customer service experience supporting insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to apply technical expertise to resolve client inquiries and support business needs.
- Experience communicating complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience analyzing issues, identifying solutions, and making sound client-focused decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Working knowledge of service processes, systems, and cross-functional business operations.
- Broad understanding of products, procedures, and industry trends across multiple business areas.
What Could Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Previous relationship manager or case manager experience
- Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud System
